Our Story
Bungeo-ppang and Hotteok started out as a common street snack in Korea, but as their popularity has increased, the demand to enjoy them in places where customers want, such as their houses, cafes and restaurants, has continued to increase. Our chairman Mr. Jung Jaesu, who had been selling Hotteok in various regions for decades, identified these trends and began to specialize in manufacturing high-quality frozen Bungeo-ppang and Hotteok.
Now, Jaeyeon F&B is the largest Bungeo-ppang and Hotteok manufacturer in Korea. Through the delicate process, we carefully pay attention to the quality and taste of Bungeo-ppang and Hotteok. Our products are widely supplied through franchise cafes, rest areas and restaurants, and exported to the United States, Canada, France, Vietnam, Cambodia, Hong Kong and Australia. We believe that Bungeo-ppang and Hotteok will become a world’s favorite dessert. We strive to let the world know about Bungeo-ppang and Hotteok through our products.

Our Company
Our History
-We started our business in 2017 with the company name 'Chungdam Food'. We supplied the dough and finished products of frozen Hotteok nationwide.
-We exported to the United States for the first time in 2018, and has expanded exports to Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Vietnam, Australia.
- We were selected as the No. 1 company by officially entering stores and pop-up stores at the site of the Pyeong Chang Winter Olympics and Paralympics held in Korea in 2018.
-We produced various flavors of Hotteok using local specialties and gained popularity by selling Hotteok at local festivals.
-We expanded our business by adding Bungeo-ppang to our products.
- Since 2020, we have started supplying products to large coffee franchises, convenience stores and launching OEM businesses.
-In 2023, We changed the company name to 'Jaeyeon F&B' and moved our company to Nonsan, Chungcheongnam-do.
-We have entered into a partnership with France's T&T food in 2024, aiming to expand our European business through the Carrefour distribution network.
